Use this form to change where an alias points or to request that it be deleted. If you need to make any changes other than this, please contact the Alias Admin at Alias.Admin@granite.edu with your request.

Note that confirmation of this change may be requested by the Alias Admin, by phone or e-mail, before the requested change is applied.
